Michelle started out in hospitality and climbed her way up the ladder to supervisory level, Michelle went on to have two wonderful children and motherhood became her main role. she had always wanted to be in the beauty industry so as the children started school, she decided to grab the bull by its horns (not literally as we are sure there are laws against that!) moving on....... she attended Burghley Academy and gained her level 2 & 3 beauty qualification! she now has many years of experience in the beauty industry.

Nicola started her hairdressing journey whilst still at school, working as a Saturday girl. As a school leaver she was offered an apprenticeship working fulltime and whilst attending Stamford College. A while later her beautiful girl was born! working in a local salon in Werrington for a few years before moving back into the town centre for a faster pace.... skip forwards a few years her handsome baby boy was born, whilst still working part-time. Nicola has over 17+ years of experience and is also a fully qualified assessor and barber.
